Omega Speedmaster Prices in Bangkok, Every Reference — September 2026
"Speedmaster" covers a whole family, from a hand-wound Moonwatch in the low six figures to anniversary editions approaching half a million baht. Most people searching for a Speedmaster price mean the Moonwatch, but the numbers floating around Facebook groups and Chrono24 mix several references together. The table below separates them.
| Reference | Size / material / movement | Bangkok pre-owned range (THB) | Our model page |

† These rows are not Bangkok transactions. They are WatchCharts market values (January–September 2026 data) converted at 32.5 THB to the dollar; the Snoopy row is WatchCharts marketplace asking prices less roughly 10% to approximate where deals close. On the Moonwatch 310.30, where we have both sides, Bangkok prices sit slightly above the converted US figure, so read the † rows as the bottom of the likely range and get a LINE quote before you commit.
Everything in the table is a clearing price or market value, not a Chrono24 asking price. Asking prices typically run 8–12% above what watches actually sell for.
Which Speedmaster, and Why the Prices Differ
Moonwatch 310.30 (caliber 3861, 2021 onward) is the core of the family and the most-traded Omega in Thailand. The 3861 is a METAS-certified Master Chronometer, antimagnetic to 15,000 gauss, and still hand-wound. If you want one Speedmaster to wear daily and resell easily, this is the reference with the deepest buyer pool.
Hesalite or Sapphire. The Hesalite (.001) keeps the acrylic crystal the watch flew to the Moon with and a solid caseback. The Sapphire (.002) has a sapphire crystal and a display back showing the 3861. In Thailand the Sapphire clears about ฿17,000 higher at the median, because buyers here value scratch resistance and a visible movement. That's the reverse of the US, where collectors lean Hesalite. Omega Thailand's 2026 retail prices are ฿267,000 and ฿285,000 respectively.
Moonwatch 311.30.42.30.01.005 (caliber 1861) is the previous generation, made until 2021, with the Lemania-derived movement. It trades roughly ฿30,000–฿45,000 below the 3861 because it lacks Master Chronometer certification and needs servicing sooner. It's the cheapest way into a genuine Moonwatch, and good value if you don't need the new movement.
Dark Side of the Moon is the 44.25mm black-ceramic, self-winding Speedmaster. The discontinued 311.92 with caliber 9300 has softened to ฿230,000–฿265,000. The current 310.92 with caliber 9900 sits much higher, and WatchCharts records it up 12.3% over the past year against a 6.3% rise in its Omega index.
Speedmaster '57 is the vintage-styled 40.5mm with broad-arrow hands and the hand-wound 9906. WatchCharts data from January 2026 shows it trading 45% below US retail and down 7.4% over the year. It's a painful watch to buy new and an excellent one to buy used.
Silver Snoopy Award (310.32.42.50.02.001) marks 50 years of NASA's Silver Snoopy award. Its market has almost nothing to do with the regular Moonwatch. Buyers are collectors, and a complete box and papers matter more here than on any other Speedmaster.
How Speedmaster Prices Moved, 2024–2026
Bangkok median for the Moonwatch 310.30, from our index:
- December 2024 — ฿208,000
- June 2025 — ฿206,000
- June 2026 — ฿205,000
The Moonwatch has been flat for almost two years, down under 2%, after falling from a 2022 peak of ฿245,000. Omega has no Rolex-style waiting list, so there was never a premium over retail to lose. Used prices track Omega's periodic retail increases more than hype.
The rest of the family has split. The current Dark Side of the Moon rose over the year while the Speedmaster '57 fell, and the Snoopy moves with global collector demand rather than anything happening in Thailand.
Speedmaster in Thailand — Warranty, Service and Fakes
Thai warranty. Master Chronometer Omegas carry a 5-year factory warranty. Bangkok buyers pay more for a watch bought from a Thai AD with warranty remaining, because they can claim at a local service centre without explaining the watch's origin. Singapore, Hong Kong or European papers sell fine, just slightly lower. A missing warranty card matters less on a modern Omega because the record is retrievable through the MyOmega app.
Box and accessories. The 310.30 ships in a large presentation box with a spare strap and a strap-changing tool. Thai buyers check for them, and a missing piece is a negotiating point.
Service. Both the 3861 and 1861 can be serviced at Omega's service centre in Bangkok. Keep every service receipt; documented history sells faster. The 1861 comes due sooner than the 3861, so ask for its history before you buy.
Fakes we see in Bangkok. The Moonwatch is one of the most counterfeited watches there is. What we always check:
- Tachymeter bezel — numerals and "TACHYMETRE" must be crisp and deep black, with scale positions that match the claimed year
- Sub-dials — running seconds at 9, chronograph minutes at 3, chronograph hours at 6. Some fakes use decorative sub-dials that don't work
- Caseback — Hesalite models must carry a sharp "FLIGHT-QUALIFIED BY NASA FOR ALL MANNED SPACE MISSIONS" engraving; Sapphire models must show a properly finished Co-Axial 3861, not a printed Chinese movement
- Winding — every Moonwatch except the Dark Side of the Moon is hand-wound. A spinning rotor where there shouldn't be one ends the inspection
- Dark Side of the Moon — the case must be solid ceramic. Fakes use black-coated steel that wears through at the edges
