Full Set, Half Set, and Watch Only are three completeness tiers for luxury watches. Full Set includes box + papers + factory accessories; Half Set has box or papers but not both; Watch Only is a bare watch. The spread between Full Set and Watch Only is 15–25% on Rolex Sport Steel.

Half Set
Status between — meets one of:
- Has box but missing warranty card
- Has warranty card but missing box
- Has both but missing anchor/swing tag

- Bare watch with no box, papers, or accessories
- Stored in generic plastic

- Full Set + all stickers intact + never worn
